As the Systems Manager for the Jones Engineering Division at Steel Warehouse I implemented the Jobscope ERP System.
* Researched over 400 possible ERP Systems
* Narrowed down to five to present to the team for their input and choice
* Worked with the vendor on the purchase and installation
* Imported data from the previous IBM system
* Customized the data, screens and reports to the needs of the team
* Created custom training manuals to match the customization that was done
* Trained the users
* Continued with follow-up changes
* Adapted custom reports for both C Suite and Accounting

As the Chief Operating Officer of Neriman Publishing and Media Inc. I oversee daily operations and coordinate both the creative team and the publishing team.

I have been an expert witness on computer legal cases and compiled data to defend a trade dispute.
I've enjoyed the variety of clients and industries I have worked with because I continue to learn. That variety has also provided me with insights I can crossover and use in new situations. Projects utilize my analysis, programming and management skills.
